1. Services Provided

We provide general contracting services, including remodeling, refreshes, painting, flooring, electrical, and plumbing services. The scope of each project will be outlined in a written estimate or contract agreed upon by both parties.

2. Estimates & Payments

All estimates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the client. Payment terms will be specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

3. Scheduling & Project Timelines

We make reasonable efforts to complete projects within agreed timelines; however, project schedules may be affected by weather, supply chain delays, subcontractor availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property, obtaining necessary approvals where applicable, and ensuring a safe working environment. Failure to provide access or meet requirements may result in project delays and additional costs.

5. Warranties & Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality workmanship. Any warranties will be outlined in the service contract for your specific project. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Text Messaging Communications

By checking the consent box on our website form Opt In (SMS) Form or otherwise providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Monarch & Crown Services for project coordination, scheduling, and work-related communications.

Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on project needs.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
